Dry bulk commodities
Massoel is active in the worldwide transportation of dry bulk commodities. These include different ores, agricultural products, coal, fertilizers and cement. Most of these operations are done for the account of major international trading companies for which Massoel is proud to provide a reliable service since many years. The vessels employed on these services are mostly handysize and handymaxes, ranging from 20,000 to 52,000 tons of cargo capacity, and smaller mini-bulkers of 7,300 tons.
General cargoes
Bagged and pelletized cargoes are mostly traded on the mini-bulkers fleet, which flexible design enables ships and cargo operators to efficiently combine different shipments. These operations are conducted for the account of some of the most renowned shipping operators of the segment, for which Massoel aims to be a first class supplier of flexible tonnage.
Project cargoes
Massoel has been involved in some of the most complex project cargoes operations, having managed shipments of sensitive cargoes exceeding 150 metric tons per unit weight, including dismantled windmills, mega yacht, industrial transformers and equipment. Massoel has a dedicated team and specific procedures in place for the safe and efficient carriage of these sensitive cargoes.
